From the left-hand menu of the Administration Tool, you can access the following options:
- Communities: Browse communities of users (including all corresponding courses, programs, registrations, certificates, catalogs, documents, and locations available to them); create/edit bulletins for a community of users.
- Users: Browse and create users in the system. You can view and change user information, add new users, view transcripts, enroll/remove users from courses, check/change a user’s completion status, view/update job titles, and import users in bulk.
- Courses: Browse and create both training courses and quizzes. You can upload and edit a course XML using this tool for quizzes and Administrators can upload a course as a SCORM zip file. Administrators can view and update courses, course descriptions, enrollments, completions, and the status of a course. Administrators can also create and browse course sections.
- Programs: Browse and create program sections. Administrators can add and remove courses from the programs. You can also browse program users.
- Registrations: Browse registrations and exam registrations. You can view registrations by users (including registration and completion dates, date of last attendance, scores, job title, and completion status). The Actions tab can be used to edit the user status and unregister users from courses in bulk.
- Certificates: Browse and create certificates and certifications that are earned or can be earned by users for completing courses.
- Catalogs: Browse and create catalogs for courses and all their supplemental parts. A course catalog must be created for each group and the name of the group should be used in the name of the catalog.
- Documents: Browse and upload documents that may be used to supplement a course.
- Locations: Browse and create locations. The locations can be used when creating course sections or program sections.
Expanding and Collapsing Menu Items
Click on the individual bold menu items bar to expand (reveal) and collapse (hide) their corresponding submenu items.
